Abstract

The purpose of this policy is to provide statewide planning, implementation, procurement, security, privacy, and governance requirements for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The policy authorizes the implementation of AI, while establishing an operational framework that will assist in protecting Ohioans’ Data and the Integrity and Quality of the information delivered through AI solutions.
