During the month of May 2024 three AI Ambassadors offered three 45-minute Zoom workshops to Library Staff in the PALS Plus network, New Jersey. In these workshops 80+ Staff were trained on how AI works, how to get the results they want, and how AI tools can boost productivity and make their job easier. Since their initial training (Fall 2023) and their workshop offerings (May 2024), AI has rapidly developed. They will share an overview of their previous workshops, what went well, ways to improve future workshop offerings, feedback from staff, as well as the rapid growth of AI and how Library workers can stay in the know and make AI an evergreen learning opportunity.
